Roof and Wall Treatments: Pre-engineered building is manufactured by Behlen Building Systems. The roof panel is Behlen ZL-24 gauge standing seam roof with R-30 insulation system. The wall panel is Behlen ADP-2 painted 26 gauge wall panels with 4" fiber-glass insulation and full height ADP- 26 gauge liner panels on the interior.
Special Features: 20ft. wide by 40ft. high hydraulic door into the shop area. Parts and shops area includes the heated in-floor heat using a waste oil burner.
End Use: Retail and Service facility for John Deere equipment and accessories.
Special Needs: In looking for more exposure to the general public, this new facilty is located along I-80 in North Platte, Nebraska.
