Shay Kuehler grew up in the construction industry from working for a father who owned a steel erection business to ownership of a door and window installation company, and everything in-between. He oversees all aspects of the field including employees, subcontractors and customer relations. The years of hands-on and varied construction experiences have groomed him for the current position of Vice-President Field Operations for HASTCO Construction.

Plan, organize and staff key field positions to accommodate the specific project requirements.
|
|
|
Plan, direct, coordinate, or budget, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction of structures and facilities.

Participate in the conceptual development of construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation
|
|
|
Monitor project objectives, company policies, procedures and performance standards of all field personnel.
|
|
|
Comprehensive knowledge of all projects.
|
|
|
Ascertain that projects are getting done on time.
