End use: Social Security Administration Building

Special Needs: We worked closely with the owner to find a suitable lot then designed a building that would maximize
the tight and sloping site. This was a design build facility
for GSA/SSA and we were required to meet the governments
lists of needs and wants as the long term tenant for this
building. One of GSA’s requirements was to provide as
many recycled materials as possible.
