4' of walls, upper portion is Shadowall panel. Roof is MR-24
Special features: John Deere corporate branding and signage; hydronic heating in shop floor; Lucabond facia and branding as required by John Deere Corporate. Lucabond is attached to the building yet is an independent system which does not affect the weather tightness of the building.
End use: Retail & Service facility for John
Deere equipment and accessories.
Special Needs: Designed around the John Deere corporate prototype yet designed with the needs of the local dealer.
This facility was designed as a prototype for the customer
which owns multiple John Deere dealerships and wants to
update the others. After completion, John Deere corporate
liked what was done and is now modeling this building as a
prototype for future John Deere Place (John Deere Corporate) dealerships.
Client: Deer Trail Implement is a partnership that owns
multiple John Deere Dealerships throughout central Kansas.
