| Working in commercial construction offices since 1986, Carlyon has become adept at all phases of the construction office including assisting Project Management. Her employment at Hastco began recently as part-time assistant and has evolved into a full-time position assisting management. Her recent certification for 30 hr OSHA training has helped qualify her to also handle the Safety program for Hastco, Inc. Her principal duty is to provide clerical support to the President, C.O.O. and Project Managers. |

A broad consensus of duties include:

|
Preparation of all subcontracts, purchase orders and maintenance all logs
|
|
Maintain shop drawing and submittal logs. |
|
|
|
Preparation of all change orders.
|
|
|
Maintain all files for each project. including the respective computer files.
|
|
|
Maintain project schedule.
|
|
|
Assist Project Manager/Estimator and Superintendent in scheduling material deliveries.
|
|
|
Assist Project Manager/Estimator with bid solicitations, quotations, preparation of bidding documents.
|
|
|
Preparation of monthly estimates to owner.
|
|
Secure and organize all project close out documents.
|
|
Have thorough knowledge of company policy manual.
|
|
Administer the Safety Program including maintaining Safety records of the company. |
