The BTI-Pratt project is the second new dealership HASTCO Construction has completed with this Owner. The first being the BTI-Greensburg, LEED Platinum Certified facility built after the devastating EF5 tornado of 2007.
Roof and Wall Treatments: Pre-engineered Butler Building with MR24 Standing Seam Roof and 2” (R23) insulated wall panels.
Special Features: Designed similar to the BTI-Greensburg facility, yet on a larger scale. This facility which replaces an older existing facility down the road, houses sales, service and retail in a new energy efficient dealership built to the John Deere Place specifications.
End Use: Retail and Service facility for John Deere equipment and accessories.
Special Needs: The Owner wanted to relocate it corporate offices that are currently in Bucklin, Kansas into this new facility. The project was designed with a second floor mezzanine over the parts and service area to house these offices.
Client: BTI, Inc is a family owned corporation with four John Deere Dealerships in Western Kansas.
