A Nebraska native, United States Air Force veteran and husband of 34 years to Nancy. Prior to HASTCO Construction, Art was Vice-President of Marketing for 23+ years with a major construction company in Lawrence, Kansas. He serves as President of HASTCO Construction, and with his extensive design/build experience is responsible for locating potential clients, assessing the client’s needs, planning projects, project budgeting/estimating and constructing facilities to meet the client’s needs.
