HASTCO Construction is a commercial and industrial general contractor specializing in design/build projects for over 30 years. The design/build approach to construction offers distinct advantages over traditional methods. Design/build simplifies the building process, allowing both design and construction professionals to work as a team. This single source of responsibility results in more accurate communication and more reliable cost estimates with fewer changes. Fewer changes mean projects are completed on time and within budget.

Originally formed in 1976 as Hastco/Construction/Engineering and changed in 1988 to HASTCO, Inc. by sole owner, John J. Mallon, the company has continued to explore and adapt to changing market conditions. In October, 2005 John Mallon’s retirement and the sale of the company were jointly announced. New owners, Nancy Kuehler and Ruth Sarna purchased all shares of the stock making the company 100% women owned. Three years later in November, 2008 Bob Sarna announced his resignation as C.E.O and the sale of Ruth’s stock to Nancy. Today HASTCO is a 100% owned by Nancy Kuehler.  With Nancy’s expertise and guidance the company is pursuing government and design-build projects with a focus on GREEN and Energy Efficiencies.  Throughout the ownership changes one thing has remained constant, HASTCO Construction's reputation of quality and service.

While continuing the HASTCO Construction tradition of quality and unsurpassed customer service, Art, Nancy and the HASTCO TEAM are committed to achieving maximum value for their customers. While there are always those who will bid a job for less, we at HASTCO Construction believe no other builder in our region can deliver a better product for a lower finished cost. Customer satisfaction is the result of price AND quality — never price alone.

Let HASTCO Construction put its tradition of superior quality and service to work on your next project.
